When Will My Order Ship?

If all products in your order are marked as “In Stock,” we aim to process and ship your order within 2-12 business days (Mon-Fri). The transit time will depend on your location, weather conditions, and the chosen shipping carrier’s schedule. In case there are backordered products in your order, we will source these products from our vendor and dispatch your complete order at the earliest opportunity. We usually ship orders once all items are available. However, if you prefer to receive available products sooner or need an update on a backordered item, please feel free to reach out to us.

How Will My Order Ship?

We employ various carriers to ship orders, which could be dispatched directly from our warehouse or drop shipped from the manufacturer. The choice of a specific carrier for your order is not guaranteed. For items weighing less than 150 lbs, we generally use UPS or USPS, and a signature is not required upon delivery. For items over 150 lbs, we opt for an LTL freight carrier like R&L Carriers or Southeastern Freight. You will be emailed the shipment details when your order leaves our facility. Kindly allow a few hours for the carrier’s website to update the tracking information. Please read further down for instructions on receiving LTL freight shipments.

Receiving an LTL Freight Shipment

Items weighing over 150 lbs will be shipped via an LTL freight carrier, requiring signature confirmation. This is a curbside delivery service, meaning that the items will be delivered to the curb of your driveway. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It’s crucial to inspect your order upon arrival for any visible or hidden damages or missing parts, and to refuse delivery if any issues are found. Make sure to note the issues with the delivery driver before refusing the shipment. Failure to do so may result in difficulties with claim processing. Contact us immediately if you refuse a delivery, so we can arrange for a return and work on a resolution.

Processing Time vs. Transit Time

Processing Time: The period required to verify your order and payment details, and to prepare your items for shipment.

Transit Time: The duration it takes for the carrier to deliver your order once it has been collected from our warehouse or the manufacturer.

Transit times can vary due to factors like your location, weather, and the carrier’s availability. These factors mean that we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.

What is a Lift-Gate?

A lift-gate is a hydraulic platform attached to the back of a delivery truck, allowing heavy items to be lowered safely to the ground. We strongly recommend opting for a lift-gate if your delivery location is a residential area or if you don’t have the means to unload large items. Note that some items may be too large for a lift-gate and will require a forklift for unloading; this will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited Shipping

While expedited shipping is not available as an option at checkout, it can be arranged by contacting us directly via email or phone. Additional charges will apply. Please note that expedited shipping affects only the shipping time, not the 2-12 business day processing time.

Item Stock Status

We strive to maintain accurate stock information on our website, but availability is not guaranteed. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days, and you can choose to either keep the order open or cancel it. If a product is backordered, it might be available for drop shipping directly from the vendor. Products eligible for drop shipping will be marked as such on their product page.

Packaging and Repacking

Our shipping specialists might open and repack products to add protection or additional parts, ensuring safe delivery. If your package appears to have been opened or repackaged, please check that your order is undamaged and complete. Note that some products may ship without their original packaging due to bulk shipments from our vendors. All products sold are brand new with full warranty coverage, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Typographical Errors

We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, a credit will be issued to your account for the amount of the incorrect price.
